In May 2020, Celestine Caldwell contracted Covid-19, which resulted in her being diagnosed with stage 3 kidney disease. As she made round trips back and forth to her doctor, she prayed "Lord, I need something that can heal my body within. I don't want to end up on dialysis or medication."

She relentlessly sought direction from the Lord on what to do. 

Celestine remembered that she used to juice and the benefits it provided so she purchased a juicer and started juicing again.

In March 2023, Celestine began posting her juicing journey to her Facebook account and to her surprise, people began asking questions and seeking help with their health issues. As the people closest to her requested her assistance and knowledge, she implemented an ordering system and people began to place their orders for her juices to get them started on their own health journey.
